Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Toodesi, you agree to the terms below. We aim to keep everything transparent, fair, and simple.

1. General Policy

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit only.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
  • Products purchased on sale may not be eligible unless defective.
  • Store credit has no expiry and can be used anytime.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A proper unboxing video is required for any return, exchange, or damage claim.

  • Record the sealed package clearly before opening.
  • Start recording before opening the parcel.
  • Open in one continuous video (no cuts).
  • Show product condition clearly.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any condition.

3. Damaged / Wrong Product

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide unboxing video and order details.
  • Claims after 24 hours may be rejected.
  • After verification, exchange or store credit will be issued.

4. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Send request via email or Instagram with order details.
  2. Wait for approval before returning product.
  3. If pickup unavailable, customer must self-ship.
  4. Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage.
  5. Product will be inspected after arrival.
  6. Store credit/exchange processed within 48–72 hours.

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only as store credit.
  • No bank, UPI, or cash refunds.
  • Store credit is issued after quality check.
  • Invalid or incomplete claims may be rejected.

6. Size Exchange

  • Allowed based on stock availability.
  • Only one exchange per order is recommended.
  • ₹350 fee may apply for repeated exchanges.
  • Wrong size selection multiple times may lead to rejection.
  • Please check size chart before ordering.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Refused COD orders may affect future purchases.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Products returned without approval.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

9. Important Notes

  • Customers must track their return shipment.
  • We are not responsible for lost returns.
  • Items failing inspection will be rejected.
  • Color differences may occur due to screen settings.

10. Legal

  • Toodesi strictly follows this policy.
  • False or misuse claims will be rejected.
  • We reserve the right to take necessary action in case of abuse.
